Works by Richard Garet

Uruguayan born Richard Garet is primarily a Video and Audio artist, but with a strong foundation as painter. His recent work has brought him full circle in that this print series is inspired from his video works, but the installation and physical nature of prints of course are very close to that of a painting. He has taken frames from the videos and frozen them in time. These prints have a very glowing quality, appearing almost backlit just as if they were still being displayed on a screen rather than a physical print.
